How are we less than 10 days away and the rules for the panel aren't released yet?

The manager rankings open on Monday, how are they going to rank if the eligibility for gain/loss of the facility can't be determined without the rules?

My rep was saying the rules are staying the same. Probably won’t have all the CRWG numbers implemented on this one. Have also been hearing that on the next one everything changes to favor 8/9’s (even though they have been doing that) with something like a cap of only being eligible to ERR 3 levels up from your current level.

Everything old is new again.
The 3 level limit for ERR was a white book rule. You could only go more levels than that if selected on a bid that didn't have such limitations.

This would probably lead to people quitting in large numbers from facilities below 7, I don't think that's likely to return.

What about those 8s and 9s that can release, do they end up getting screwed if they need to pick up more? That’s my only concern with these new CRWG numbers.

Sharepoint has the May PPT, but there are no CWRG changes on it.

No idea what is going on with this one. I've got people at my facility who are trying to get out and we would be cat 1 on this panel if the rules stay the same. Our regional NCEPT rep has also said the rules will stay the same unless the FAA wanted to change them up and include 10's for example (To the 8/9 priority currently).

If the rules are staying the same, they should have posted them by now. No reason to hold off anymore since manager rankings start tomorrow.

Yeah i’m sure all the recent stuff has had natca’s attention or something and thats why they havent updated the ERR demand sheet and the rules yet. I saw on reddit somebody said jamal was making jokes at an academy trainee dinner calling current times a transfer freeze. Sounds like this is the last opportunity to get a decent jump for a while, seems like academy grads are gonna be filling in hard to staff spots for a while and everything else is on the back burner

I believe they were directed to implement the CRWG numbers by April of this year in the reauth. I could be wrong. So this would make sense why the rules aren't up yet.

Yeah I know people are saying the may PPT is out and they wouldn’t change it. Knowing the FAA and NATCA I expect the thing that benefits very little to happen.

Hoping none of what my rep said is true cause i’m just trying to make a lateral move back home. Also wondering if the CRWG numbers are implemented, and the rules are the same for 8’s and 9’s can pick up to 110%, is the 110% that of the new numbers? With the rules not being released, i made a decision on pulling my paper work out of a few fully staffed facilities that can’t pick up without the new numbers, in hopes of maybe looking better to a facility that can pick up off of what i was being told from my rep…
