Maybe we need a rule where if you dont atleast try to find information without asking others to do it for you, you cant transfer.

Yeah I figured since the whole NCEPT process is completely different and we have never used a TSL before today that there might be a different avenue to view this thanks for sharing

No problem, just giving you a hard time.

My advice at this point is if you are at an academy placement facility and want to try to move, do it now. IMO, it wont get easier, especially trying to get out of the 8s and 9s. They are going to get squeezed with the new CWP numbers by not being able to get ERRs and requiring academy grads to have a 90%+ grade.
