We have six people inbound or in training from GFK right now at M98. Joke at work is, "we are GFK south" hah

I'm in Delaware competing with 3 other controllers who probably have a combined 40-50 ERRs in. I have ::two:: haha. Their thought is, with the new process, you better ERR to every single facility you could remotely stomach working at, because the days of picking your dream facility and getting there in a reasonable amount time are gone.
I guess what I'm saying is, the desperation to GTFO is real. Delaware feels ya, JNO!

This. Good luck to y'all! I have my fingers crossed for you.

Maybe one day I will get to feel the excitement of potentially getting out of my facility but for now, I will accept this broken process and pray for a crazy influx of people to ZME.

You work GLH or JAN Low Sectors???
 
I would be excited but this process has been a constant let down. Controllers with half of my experience, recent certifications, and bad controllers to boot are getting selected and released because of the "priority" process. Good luck to everyone except my co workers, that's my release lol!

No matter how many ERRs I have in, and how good my chances are to get out, I still have that feeling I won't be selected.

One day I'll be able to tell my wife we're leaving JNU!

Currently at TWF and I think I have a fair shot at being selected this panel. Either at a couple of the centers I applied to if I get lucky or if not them then at a couple 8 up/downs I put in for.
