Only if you were coming from a 4-7 that could somehow still release at that point.

guess the play is hardship to a level 4-6 vfr tower, then you too could go to D10, LAX, ORD etc

What's interesting to me is the two selections from SEE to SCT. One is a CAT1 and the other is a CAT2 release. Sucks to be the second guy.
