But managers don’t rank people who were not able to release?
Correct, manager rankings don't really mean anything though.

CPC-ITs have their training status checked prior to the PPT run, if they're to certify after the PPT but prior to the panel then they are included in CPC count. The NRP specifically states that releases are based on current and projected CPC numbers, not past numbers, hence someone certifying changes the numbers up to the day of the panel.

If it didn't happen, notify the panel.

So I keep getting mixed back and forth with this... do manager ranking lists play at least a (decent amount) of "play" in where you might get selected as well as networking with FacReps and ATMs? Anxious to find out Thursday.

NCEPT SOP 3.4.1

"If applicable, facilities will prioritize all candidates and return their lists to ASG within five (5) business days. Prioritized lists are for reference purposes only."

The panels regularly don't care about the ATM Ranking lists.
Evidence please. Show where they have chosen someone ranked lower on a list, and not because the people above them could no longer be selected because of the of their facility already releasing someone.

if we certified someone last week, can someone go this panel?
we are above numbers required
Cert has to be at or before 1/25

This is untrue the rankings determine who gets selected within whatever other parameters they made up for that moment in time

If it gives you a release and you are able to notify the panel before they convene it can be adjusted.
Nothing is adjusted after the 1/26 PPT unless it was supposed to be data from before 1/26.
The instance when current data is relevant is when a trainee files as a trainee to meet the deadline and then certs before the panel. The trainee can have their packet reflect cpc for the panel but it doesn’t change the facility’s numbers

There was a panel, fairly early on as I recall, where DFW took numbers 1, 2 and like 13. 13 had an article 60 attached.

Last NCEPT there was that dude who was posting facility releases/pick ups the day prior. Will that happen again?
Last panel the agency leaked the whole selection list early by accident

Valid A60 puts you at the top. That’s not a skip
