Big TRACONS are easy and canned. According to the guys who have been here for a long time, if you can check out in AMA you can check out anywhere. It takes 3 years to check out in AMA for a reason. 😉🙄

Right, but at the same time the background of individual also counts. You never know the whole picture we just see facility they are currently at.

So we should be excited about getting unqualified transfers because a body is a body? Staff the mid level facilities and let those people move up. They have a much better chance at being successful.

Im not gonna beat this dead horse. OTS get sent str8 to high level facilities and make it everyday.

Yeah definitely if cpc's at 9s/10s can get to 12s I'm sure the success would be higher.

Still doesnt mean 5s can't check out.

Stop sending Prev Exp who wash out and clog the pipelines all the way down to high level facilities so mid levels can move into them

You apparently made it through training wherever you are so why why can’t the people you are putting down do it?

The faa should hire professionals to determine if your future hardship for your wife to see if she is actually depressed and if she actually needs to go crawl in her mommas womb rather than just approving that crap. Hardships are the biggest hurdle to the success of the ncept. You said youd go anywhere.
