Yeah thats true, but for the SAN -> DCA person. That's a long way to go for 1 level but if it gets you close to home/family...

Yeah, I would imagine its home/close to it or just where they want to live. Why else put in for a place literally across the country? Plus it's pretty well known DCA has been on the verge of a downgrade for over 2 years. They had someone in their corner fighting really hard to keep that 10 though.

Quite a few of them (including the guy moving back) were there when TUL was a level 9. Some of them are over/at/near the top of the 8 band anyway.
