November (Q1) 2023

It appears our staffing wasn't updated. Are those with paperwork in basically SOL? I'm assuming a grievance would go nowhere but may put the spotlight on our ATM for future panels.

What time does the panel meet tomorrow?

About what time do the results usually get posted the following day?
It doesn't matter when they meet for knowing the results. The results are usually released the day after between 12:00 and 5:00p EST, but have been delayed up to 24 hours before.

The time to pay attention to that and get it corrected was in the 1.5 weeks following the November ppt which came out on like 10/27. Once manager ranking lists open, it's kinda too late for this panel. However, the ncept folks and hr I believe are supposed to audit the numbers to make sure they are 100% correct from what the official ppt says and what the numbers actually are.

Probably. I feel like someone at the facility should have noticed before now if it was that important to get people out the door. There are usually opportunities to get an error corrected prior to a panel, but since the panel is tomorrow you all are probably SOL.

Audit what? The facility was provided the opportunity to update the numbers they had in the building. If the facility tells HR through the SWB you have 32 people when you really have 37, then that's a failure from the facility.

I get it, I want out so I watch this shit like a hawk and have been all over my rep and ATM to get our numbers fixed for awhile. But I was also told not to worry if the ATM didn't fix it, because then someone (I'm not exactly sure whether it's the natca ncept reps or hr or both) independently audit each facilities staffing to make sure the numbers are reported correctly after the official ncept ppt comes out to avoid grievances and such. Guess I'll know for sure how true it is when the results come out on weds.

Looks like you got fed a line of bullshit by a career home facility Fac Rep who is helping to cook the books to keep people in the facility to add leave slots and better schedules, or someone in HR who don’t know how it works.

But no, there is no independent audit to fix the data.

It could be too late, but call your regional NCEPT rep and see if there’s something that can be done or if it needs to go right to a grievance. Worth a try to at least get it out there to possibly get someone out.

It's 100% too late... all of the data has already been prepared by now, I'm sure.

Acquired Taste Yours was fixed by an audit.
FightingIrish2012 doesn’t know shit about fuck.

If you notice your numbers are wrong when the PPT comes out, your regional NCEPT person can get it fixed if you let them know. Since they NCEPT panel is meeting today it's probably too late to fix it for this round, but you can always try.

Well, looks like the issues you were bringing up are being addressed. The NCEPT panel has been postponed due to issues with the PPT. Reach out to your regional NCEPT rep to make sure your specific issue is being addressed.

For real? Source? My issue was fixed. But that seems crazy to postpone the panel when there's been weeks to correct it. What are they going to do? Make some facility's eligible to release now and let the ATMs rerank people?

Edit: found the update on the natca website. That's wild
