My facreps best friend (ATM) told me it was pushed back until Dec 15th so all the OS bids can pick up people first, they want to make sure they get them all the 15% raise before the 4.1+locality raise.

In the previous ncept panel thread, someone said the day after the panel at noon, but also said it could be 2 days after the panel.

I know one or two panels previously it was two days later. But most of them usually are next day after 12pm

Someone told me their facrep told his local they got a email saying the panel is over they’re looking it over and it’ll drop tomorrow at noon good luck to all

I could see that being the case since they goofed on the SWB. Double checking it over. But you think the whole day yesterday would be enough.
