All outbounds are reflected in the projected. Besides that aspect, outbound types are not relevant data that’s considered at the panel.

Not all the outbounds, only the ones with signed TOL’s. There are lots of OS selections where the CPC hasn’t even been notified that they have the job.

I wouldn’t be surprised if his facility already had an outbound selected for an OS position and a dynamic decision was made.

That’s my guess or someone was selected earlier within the panel. People complain but never know the full story

We didn’t, ironically the only person that got selected for an ERR from our facility to a big TRACON got rejected for a SUP job because they didn’t have the year of CPC experience (only two months as a CPC)

Two months is good enough for NCEPT though

Yes. All the selections that were released were from both rounds.

Haven’t heard anything. I called the HR number on my faxed ERR paperwork but no response.

Don’t expect a manager to do anything that costs them money.
If your facility is fat and there’s no OT being used you might get out quick.
Earliest most could probably see releases is in January when new rdo year starts.
