NATCA VALUES
Our values guide decisions and behavior. Those include honesty, tenacity, leadership by example, hard work, integrity, loyalty to the profession, open communication, and the collective spirit.
Honesty-union rep lied and covered up big issues
Tenacity-determined to look after themselves and not the collective union members
Leadership by example-dodging as much work as possible, nice
Hard work-or hardly working? I can’t tell sometimes
Integrity-what’s that? See honesty.
Loyalty to the profession-hmm more like loyal to getting paid more.
Open communication-open to listening then talking shit behind your back.
Collective spirit - you are supposed to protect all employees right? Especially dues members? There’s an issue between two dues members? Things will work themselves out. Yeah they didn’t. Then you lied.
1188 already turned in. Unions are supposed to help their members not turn their backs on them.
