All depends on where people are trying to get picked up from. Err demand sheet says 11 were eligible this round and only 1 got selected. Meanwhile, MCO had 20 eligible and was able to get 7 because they picked up from places that were super fat and had lots of releases for few people trying to go to few places. They got one from ZOB and I believe they had the most releases in the nas this panel (17 if I remember correctly). They got 2 from ORL, that was 150% projected a couple weeks ago. AUS got a bad roll on this panel, but they got 5 inbounds last panel so it evens out a little.

That facility selected someone else ahead of you, and since they can only select one at a time, by the time it got back to them, you weren't eligible to be taken (since the other guy from your place got chosen somewhere).
