Yeah, the polls don’t show who votes for what.

I had plans for something similar, but the person who was working on the coding side of it isn’t around anymore.
I think it is fairly easy to do a poll like that on facebook... Not sure if anonymous though.

It wasn’t a poll, more like a database. Pulling stats out of it was one of the usages. (That’s a weird word)

Not sure if this has ever been discussed, but does the site have capability to take an anonymous poll on which facilities people have err in for? I think it'd be interesting to at least have a small sample size...
Yea I’d like to know how many names are in this panel to STL and SDF for peace of mind.

It seems like there is some bit of interest in an NCEPT poll of facilities we all have ERRs into. I created a survey via survey monkey at the link posted below. I have never used this platform so my apologies if this sucks. I tried to add all the facilities into one multiple choice question, however after entering all 300+ facilities, the website gave me an error and I had to restart haha. So in the name of simplicity, I have only entered the top 3 pages of the priority list. This covers a vast majority of the needy facilities, and as we have seen in past panels, most selections will be depleted by the low 100s on the priority list anyway. This survey should at least give a good representation for those of us bidding for the competitive top 100 spots.

Each page of the priority list is its own question, and you can answer multiple times for each question.

As far as the results, they should be visible upon completion of the survey. My goal is to make this info as transparent as possible. Obviously keep in mind this data is not scientific. I'm sure there will be trolls to skew the data, but this will at least give us a semi-accurate representation of the facility spread. If nothing else it gives us something to do as the last week ticks away towards to selections.

Good luck to everyone next week!

P.S. In the name of fairness and accuracy, I would appreciate response only from those at facilities eligible to release. This is not mandatory, but let's be honest, the data doesn't matter unless your facility can release. Obviously this wouldn't apply to those trying to bid out to any MOU facility like N90 C90 LAX or A80.

After further review, I'm an idiot who didn't know what year it will be next January. As there were already results, I cannot edit the title. Please note it should read 1st Quarter NCEPT 2018.

1st Qtr 2017 NCEPT Survey

@Uscolt45 was the closest. ATL has 48 applicants. With their MOU, LAX had 53 and A80 had 71. Everything else was nothing like past panels. A number of facilities only had a handful. Majority of others that most would view as desirable (MIA, SLC, PCT, etc) were in the 20's. Places near the top that I remember off the top of my head K90 (15) and OKC (13)

Okc had 13 eligible people? Wow that’s great.

A number of people have PM-ed me. Others that jumped out... LAS was much lower then I expected. I vaguely remember upper 20's for them (I was expecting 50+). The real shocker was all the mid-level facilities. Like M03 had 2. SAT had 9. You had level 4's and 5's with more then a lot of the mid-level facilities.

Just a headsup for everyone trying to transfer, I ran into a major issue this week. I found out thru a friend that I wasn't on the mgr list for my #1 facility, but I was for 2 others in 2 separate regions. Called HR and to spare you all from a long story, they lied to me and told me the manager made a specific request for applicants and my package "didn't make the cut". Something still didn't feel right, so I got my facrep involved who made some calls. He gets an email saying my ERR package to my top facility expired in Sept (which it did, I updated it the same month and received the receipt stub in Oct.). I sent a picture of the stub to my facrep who sent it up, and thankfully late Friday I get word that I'm now on the manager's list. Talk about down to the wire! I'm sharing my story to encourage others to be mindful of the shortcomings of the agency (as if anyone needed a reminder lol), and to follow up with HR as necessary. Hope this helps!

Just curious, is it easier to transfer to facilities within the same district or does that not make a difference with the NCEPT?

I didn't make a difference early on. Now that facilities are receiving more applicants then available spots, you could start to see a return to feeder facilities and promoting within the district, but at the end of the day, it's all up to the ATM at that specific facility.

LadyLuck77 you may have been better off grieving it after the fact, they have been known in two instances I know of to offer the individual the location in question.

Glad they got it fixed for ya. I have a co worker who didn’t get the rating official to sign his ERRs and HR let him fix it after the cutoff. If they get selected over someone else I expect there to be some issues lol.

I was so flabbergasted at what happened, I did whatever I could to fix the issue. My only experiences with grievance resolutions is "whoops, sorry. We won't do that again." So I wasn't counting on a grievance working out in my favor.

That was my thought. If they get an offer I’m sure people will be up in arms and letting the grievances fly.

Not really related to the NCEPT directly but I didnt want to start a new thread. If some one puts in for one of the major understaffed facilities such as C90 or N90 and they are unsuccessful in training, do they still get to keep the move money or are they on the hook for returning it? Just curious

They get to keep it.

Any chance the lower-than-expected managers lists numbers for some facilities are because some places, particularly big houses (LAS, JFK, ORD) are filtering their managers lists like has been discovered to some extent?
