How do you know if a facility is eligible to pick up an ERR CPC?
NCEPT - Facility Priority and Vacancy list
That will show you how many each facility can select on the first pass to get to the national average. (also column Y of the PPT below)

Priority Placement Tool
Then look at column Z, facilities 4-9 can select this many total. (Column Z-Column Y is the amount they can select on the second pass)

Also check out this NCEPT - Current Rules and ERR for a better understanding of the process as a whole.

Anyone elses facility numbers wrong? We have 19, shows 18 (meaning we can't release). Last cert was about a month ago. My rep is in touch with RVP, but not sure where that's going

What’s your target? If it’s 22 then you can release at 18 now

Edit: your facility is able to release one, and a second if you get it updated to 19 AOB

I’d believe that if LAX had picked up all that they were allocated and they didn’t drop to the 30s on the list
Just a guess but it's possible certain facilities aren't accepting the full allotment to natl avg to avoid a training backlog created by a large influx at a given time. So as far as the capacity of a facility's training department is concerned it only matters when a trainee arrives and not when they're selected.
As far as the priority drop is concerned I would attribute that to the recent influx in trainees drastically changing their trainee to CPC ratio. A higher trainee/CPC % will negatively effect the Decision Lense Criteria priority ranking for Inbound staffing.
A good example of this is how ZDV has continuously generated a higher priority than ZNY. ZNY is much harder to staff and has a much lower AOB % but they also have ~100 trainees and ZDV has had ~25.

So I've been researching this thread since I'm trying to ERR after certifying.

1: Do you go to HR or Union to submit/fill the paper work out?
2: Can't seem to get my performance appraisal through the Sci/Pms portion on FAA Employee so can HR give that to you or you gotta go to supe?

Sorry, I know this has been discussed before somewhere through the thousands of threads probably

SWB book data is sent out weekly, PPT was updated on 11/22, then updated again with corrections on 11/28. If you guys are just now seeing this...time to get a new FacRep. Your only hope at this point is to go through the RVP and be persistent. In some cases (such as MDT last panel), it can be changed last second.

ERR Package All the documents you need are in this package.
1. Management signs off, you fax to HR.
2. Get your latest performance appraisal through your FLM.

Nice the whole package set up. Thanks. Only problem is I just asked my supervisor for my latest performance appraisal and she has no idea what I was talking about.

I can pull up my PMS/SCI stuff at work tomorrow and type up the steps you need to click on to find it yourself. Then you can print it out yourself. However, you will need to have your FLM sign the newly printed paper (covering whatever dates you’ve covered for meetings this fiscal year... likely just the Initial Discussion). HR requires a signed copy.

Or you can go back to your supe and mention that you just need the printed PMS that has the signature page as the last page. It has 4 signature spots: initial discussion, mid cycle, something else, and end year discussion. Maybe that will help jog her memory. Supes usually print it out and keep it in your file.
