So far just ERR submission date of October 25 and panel date of November 20Is the timeline for the Nov Q1 2025 up yet? I thought I saw it somewhere before but can't find it now.
Want to bump this. I still have no idea how to do it.Has anyone submitted a FOIA request for the ranking list on this panel? And if not, anyone able to DM me on who to direct one to/ how to do it at all?
Dang, sucks to be from SLC and have LAS rank you behind someone from BPT!Happy holiday
Thanks for posting. Question, does getting ranked high on the manager ranking list actually increase your chances at selection? Or is it just a mere formality for the NCEPT panel?Happy holiday
I believe if you are ranked 1 and it’s that facilities turn to choose, then you will be selected. As long as your facility can still release. Thanks for posting. Yeah but pretty much if within the rules your facility can release and you are number 1 you will be getting picked up if that facility is eligible to be picked up. Obviously the rules for the different rounds change which facilities are able to release and pick up thoughRead the rules. Round 1 vs. Round 2 matters.
You can be ranked #1 and lose out to a person ranked dead last. Trust me, I know.
So yes, a #1 ranking is certainly helpful, but the outcome depends on several other factors.
Yeah the higher up the list, the more likely you’ll be selected. As they run through the panel, they select the highest available person on each facilities ranking list that is still eligible to be released. As it goes through, people won’t be eligible anymore as their facility goes “red” with someone else from their facility getting picked earlier and they drop below their numbers. That’s why you see lower people in the ranking lists get chosen instead of the higher ranked. Those higher ranked people are no longer eligible to release from their facility so they go down the ranking list and pick the first eligible person. If no one is eligible, that facility just doesn’t get a pick. Thanks for posting. Question, does getting ranked high on the manager ranking list actually increase your chances at selection? Yeah what I'm saying is those were the rules for that panel but had your facility still been releasable during round 2 and you were ranked number 1 at your facility you would have been picked up.No. I was blocked because my desired facility was Round 2. It didn’t matter that I was ranked #1. This person selected was trying to get to a Round 1 facility and they get continuous selections until they reach the PNA.
It didn’t matter that they’re ranked last. They were selected by default, and the only advantage I had throughout this process was tossed out of the window.
This is yet another consequence of having a luck based transfer system.
Definitely some shady shit going on there. How is Ncept so broken that the second overall selection was a developmental. Imagine being a trainer at MSN. Your trainee gets picked up going to GFK blocking you from going to SCT or S56.
I can tell you how. 👧How is Ncept so broken that the second overall selection was a developmental. Imagine being a trainer at MSN. Your trainee gets picked up going to GFK blocking you from going to SCT or S56.
