Here is a summary of actions taken regarding deviations from the National Release Policy. Thirty five deviation requests were sent to the COO's office of which we approved 14 and disapproved 21. Here is the breakdown of these deviations.
APPROVED
FLM Perm
1. MSY to BTR, CPC 75% (3 Auth; 2 AOB) Selection will replace FLM going to IAH in December. Effective date coincides with departure of FLM to IAH.
2. Internal to D21, CPC 69 (10 Auth; 7 AOB) 5 of the 7 can perform FLM responsibilities.
3. CMI to HUF, CPC 76.5% (2 Auth; 1 AOB)
4. Internal to M03, CPC 78.6% (7 Auth, 6 AOB) Will be at 5 FLMs by September 2016
5. Internal to MEM, CPC 71.4% (6 Auth; 6 AOB) 5 perm and 1 temp. 2 perm FLMs are departing MEM and selection is the temp FLM.
6. Internal to ZLA, CPC 84.1% (36 Auth; 31 AOB) FLM staffing will reduce to 72.2%
