July 2020

You’ll have to excuse some of the members on this site. They’re obviously old-school and have most likely transferred multiple times throughout their careers. They’ve no time for us new guys, especially those with high ambitions to move upward in our careers.
#BeyondBlessedToEvenHaveAJob
Damn my ears were burning. Now I know why! ?

How can you send new ERR’s then? And will they extend the expiration dates of old ERR’s sent like last year?
Was just coming here to ask this. I have one that expires this month and am wondering if they are processing them.

When in doubt just redo them. Not worth the chance that you’ll miss being selected! It’s the same paper with some new dates and a new signature.

just fax them to the same numbers of whatever region like before? Then someone is still collecting them at the office even with the virus?

I’d give that a try and also call to verify they received it. One thing I have also done is look on USAjobs.gov for a listing in the region I am looking to apply to. Then email the HR person listed on it to get accurate contact info.

I'm not sure what region you are sending stuff to but the southern regions fax number is a eFax meaning it actually gets sent to an email inbox. I would hope the other regions do the same.

There's a very recent MOU (Feburary? April?) on the NATCA member website that says you can email them in now. I think it lists the email addresses, can't remember.

If the placement list says a facility has a ncept target of zero does that mean no one will get picked up?
If they are 10+ I think so. Technically 9 and lower can still staff to 100% but I don’t think they are making selections like that very often. A buddy of mine got selected for an 8 that was over the 85% or whatever the number is.

So does this mean the other temporary rules are gone? Just the 30% and universal 12 month release?

What Raven posted is the wording in the email my facrep sent. No clarity on if the other temp rules in the past couple panels still stand or are deleted. Game changer if the other temp rules are deleted beside the 30% trainee ratio
