NCEPT SOP paragraph 3.5.5:: 3.5.5. A facility will normally not be considered eligible to receive employees if the ratio of CPC-IT/DEV to total number of controllers is at or above 30%.

Can someone explain how a facility can be over 30% cpc to trainee but still have a target number of 1? I.e. FAY, EWR, PIT. Thanks in advance, just trying to understand this mess.

I’ve been wondering this myself. There are also facilities who have a target number of 0 that are below the 30% but have tons of room.

What do you mean by target number?
Total target or NCEPT Target (obsolete) or selections to natl avg

I have the ominous feeling you're trolling with the 85% not being in use with this panel. Call it NCEPT pessimism but...I may or may not know where you live...

Why you gotta come in here making me think twice about it this close to the panel. I was happy in my ignorance!

Next NCEPT date isn't worked out yet, but it's expected to be in July.
Telecon said that since we continuing to select controllers for other jobs, we've been continuing the deviation process each month, it's the right thing to do continue NCEPT.

Sometimes it leaks to “connected” individuals and ends up on here but normally it’s posted the next day on the ncept page and Natca website.
