The facilities I’m trying to get to can pick in round 1, hoping the ‘dynamic decisions’ don’t screw with things too much.

You mean 89.95, repeating of course, percentage, of survival
jesus dont GIF

Im new to the ways of the NCEPT. What are these “dynamic decisions” I keep hearing about
Its whenever they bend the rules to "fix" something. Sometimes it's in the bargaining units favor, sometimes not. It's not as big a deal as people make it out to be though, if you're worried about it. It's just a talking point to shit on collaboration.

The worst part, the Facility of Preference article only gives us “Priority Consideration” after 8 years and only for ingrade/downgrade.

Level 10-12 facilities get “Priority Placement” after 15 years for ingrade/downgrade but basically means “anywhere you’d like to go.” This shit needs fixed BAD, I’d wait 15 years in the worst staffing if I know there was light at the end of the tunnel that lead to my dream facility. Make it the same wait time and priority rights as the high levels and get rid of the “ingrade/downgrade” bullshit allowing up to a three level facility upgrade pursuant to hardships.

Don’t get me wrong, paying due respect to both aforementioned articles, 15 years is a long time at ANY undesired facility, but Priority Placement rights after 15 years for everyone and a +3 facility level allowance would be way better than what we have now, shits an absolute joke for lows/mids!

U
In the past, when have the lists typically dropped?
Usually at noon the day after

It was told to me that the purpose of that article is for people who have been working level 12 traffic to get to a place of retirement, that’s all. Not to help people who have been stuck at their facility for YEARS who want to move up.

Anybody know what time tomorrow we find out?
It should be posted by noon on Wednesday

If anyone asks me and no one did, a new cert at a facility should have to wait at least a year to apply for the ncept. Anyone with more than 10 years at their facility should be given priority to anywhere they want to go. Right now it’s just a lottery. Just my two cents. Things NEED to change.

Is this speculation on your end or have you heard something?
That’s typically what happens. Has happened the last few panels. If it’s late like the last one was by a day or two, you’ll hear about it. Facreps should know.
