Yes that’s just gains to National Average I believe. It would factor into those round 2 decisions.

This panel has omitted the language stating facilities are designated as either gaining or releasing.

9 facilities are in a grey area where they can both gain and release. Should be interesting to see how this turns out.

Not to burst your bubble but.... MIA also has a 32.6% CPC to trainee ratio currently with 6 more inbound. Last panel they only picked up 2 because of this. They omitted the 30% ratio wording from these rules but I wouldn't be surprised if it's on a real case by case, extremely dynamic basis.

They haven't picked up on NCEPT since the bid on USA jobs came out. Shame since there's 13 releasable people willing to go to PHL for free. However, that bid did close on 6/30 and they never opened a new one so I'd say there's actually a chance they do. Maybe Phillyman2633 has some insider knowledge?

If you remember, could you ask your atm or rep next week if they have a list of candidates to rank? Same for anyone at ZJX. Definitely very curious to see if they would make a dynamic decision to send them more people even though they're projected at 90%

We were talking about that up in the tower yesterday. I was wondering the threshold it puts the facility into a training backlog. I see it on placement lists that they were passed over for training backlog.

If they go by the rules as written, based off the ERR demand sheet these places have more open slots than eligible to transfer folks (theoretically a guarantee barring any dynamic decisions or staffing changes):
