It wasn’t an oversight. It wasn’t an accident, it was the agency trying to play fuck fuck games with the rules they agreed to. They have the ability to withdraw from the ncept agreement at any time. If they are unhappy with the rules they can seek to renegotiate it, or they can throw it out. They can’t make up changes on the fly and refuse to abide by the agreements they signed. It’s not about 1 person or 13. It’s about the integrity of the process. After this, I don’t think anyone can argue there is any integrity left.
