No the selections are made through a centralized panel.

TX034 AlibasterJohnson the ATM does have a ranking list which is how the panel generally makes their choices and the FacRep can have influence over it depending on the ATM.

Imagine it being this far in the ncept, and having access to hundreds of posts and FAQs and explanations of how everything works on this site and still only knowing as much about how it works as the cleaning lady
