Your .6 isn't a mistake in the ppt so there's nothing to grieve. You may disagree with the value buts it a formula for projected other losses that is calculated by finance. If staffing workbook data is wrong and it costs you a release you can get your RVP involved. I know a guy that was given a TOL and never posted as selected cuz the ppt was wrong and it wasnt fixed until after the draft and it cost us a release and it was determined that he would have been selected because that facility was a guaranteed selection (more picks than applicants).

It doesn’t make sense.
We had 1 go on the NOV NCEPT but that’s all. We had a trainee was last month so our projected tanked. We had 3 retire back to back to back last year but now we’re all young. HahaIt's not just retirements.
If you look at that column of the PPT, and select your cell that says .7, the real value is "0.660892460507513"
So it's not just guess work that's going into that number, there's a mathematical formula (I'm not sure what it is and I'd also like to know) that ALA/Finance used to get that number. For a combination of reasons, I'm guessing your facility has historically had more people retire/quit/get fired/promoted/transfer/die than LNK.
The level 5 towers with staffing targets of 11, have that column ranging from PHF at "0.170083336486286" to PSP at "0.799698384901673"
Looking into that more....strange thing is that in March 2018 your number was at .59 and kept increasing each month. LNK's has stayed pretty consistent at .45. I don't think it's a mistake, just whatever metrics ALA is using is not friendly to your numbers. Doesn't help that you've got one person on a Long-Term Hold either. Have you had anybody leave in the previous year?
I actually might...I'll send an email to a few people in the ALA-100/200/300 divisions and see if they can break it down.Do you know where to steer me to figure it that finance/ala number?

It's in the FAQ on KSN you don't have to annoy anyone.I understand that, given the facility is only CPCs and not a single one of the factors plays into that .6 loss for us right now. Management doesn't even know what it is and they've picked through the SWB. So it's more like I'm going to figure out what it is no matter who I have to annoy and if it's an error which is possible, then our facility is owed a release.
