After the NCEPT PPT locks so they can reverse engineer the rules to achieve whatever they decide are the desired results.

This is a failure on the FAA to hire enough. Only 1 Z is projected over 85%.

I talked to NATCA, they said everyone at the centers are already in the upper pay bands and already near cities where have everything they need so center new hire placement and releases are the lowest priority in revising NCEPT and placement.

They have met their hiring goals every year consistently!
