1. Make sure no current CPCs go anywhere.
2. Make sure to give highly desired facilities to new hires.
We are up to 118 possible losses on the official PPT that will be used for this panel.Based on the most recent PPT numbers, there are only 99 possible losses in the system, not considering possible losses from facilities where no one has ERRs submitted.
Anyone planning on posting that?We are up to 118 possible losses on the official PPT that will be used for this panel.
After the NCEPT PPT locks so they can reverse engineer the rules to achieve whatever they decide are the desired results. When are the rules typically posted?
Not a single Z projected to release. #TrustTheProcess
This is a failure on the FAA to hire enough. Only 1 Z is projected over 85%.Not a single Z projected to release. #TrustTheProcess
I talked to NATCA, they said everyone at the centers are already in the upper pay bands and already near cities where have everything they need so center new hire placement and releases are the lowest priority in revising NCEPT and placement. Not a single Z projected to release. #TrustTheProcess
They have met their hiring goals every year consistently! This is a failure on the FAA to hire enough. Only 1 Z is projected over 85%.
Facility | Gains to National Average | Releasable ERRs on file |
A80 | 35 | 2 |
NCT | 31 | 3 |
LAX | 8 | 2 |
EWR | 8 | 2 |
MIA | 33 | 3 |
Mind posting or sharing the whole list?ERR demand sheet is up:
Facility Gains to National Average Releasable ERRs on file A80 35 2 NCT 31 3 LAX 8 2 EWR 8 2 MIA 33 3
I'm sure the rules will allow each of these places to select 1 person this quarter and they'll be staffed up in no time.
