So what’s the February 12th PPT that’s in the NCEPT timeline? Just an unofficial one that only HR sees?
My guess is that the PPT info is what's fed into the priority list. So they do that first then update the list after? Not sure, tbh.

Correct, the PPT is updated through SWB (hence the 7th closure) and other sources. The priority list draws from the PPT.

On the facility priority list does the order of thee facilities usually change on this last go or just the numbers?

The NCEPT panel list is the final list, it can be drastically different than the monthly one.

So the last day for a facility to make Staffing Workbook entries was February 7th? And any entry input on February 10th shouldn't be counted for this panel, correct?

Correct, although there is a lag between what management plugs into their SWB and the updates shown on KSN2 by HR.

So if the category is "none" is there a zero percent chance or can there be sometimes a pick up. Just looking for a glimmer of hope.

If it doesn't have an NCEPT target number, then for the time being a slim to bil chance of going. If your facility doesn't have a release category. Then there is a zero chance of anyone leaving.

So if you take out ZNY, N90 and C90 and look at NCEPT targets, does that mean they’re only looking at 39 people moving? Is that how this works now?
