yeahWill the facilities that need double digit gains only pick up BUEs from facilities eligible to release?
MOU's pick up from everyone with paperwork in regardless of releasability

Hopefully the MOUs go away or they let facilities pick up to at least 100% projected (if not an 8 or 9)Dumb
D10 is not on the priority release MOU. Your facility must be 85% or higher for you to be released there. Only facilities that can circumvent the 85% rule are A80/C90/N90/MIA/PHL and ZOAIs there a link for the MOU? Would like to read it. I got an ERR to D10 but my facility can’t release
They need to change a lot with NCEPT. At this point get rid of it and only do bids.Hopefully the MOUs go away or they let facilities pick up to at least 100% projected (if not an 8 or 9)
What do you think is likely to happen first? 💀
I’d be fine with going back to the old system. It had its flaws but there was movement and it let those who deserved to move do so.They need to change a lot with NCEPT. At this point get rid of it and only do bids.
I feel like the old system forces them to make better offers with move money and limited bids where you go somewhere for 5 years then get to leave.I’d be fine with going back to the old system. It had its flaws but there was movement and it let those who deserved to move do so.
We all have shit staffing as it is so what would it hurt? 😅

Very funnyRemember his username is talking about his IQ
I’m curious. What’s the meaning behind your user name? Genuinely curious. Cause I think of 32 degrees and below. Like freezing temps. I also think of the beers at twin peaks 😂Very funny

That’s true, limited or temp bids could make harder to staff facilities like the ones on the priority release MOU more of a revolving door.I feel like the old system forces them to make better offers with move money and limited bids where you go somewhere for 5 years then get to leave.
I actually really like this. It would be a decent bargaining chip if that were to ever come up for negotiation and really wouldn’t be much of a loss for anyone. They should make bids exempt from the national release policy. But have something like no nest for withdrawals or washouts, only back to your old facility.
Ya know, 32 and I don’t get along politically, and probably never will. But, I will put credit where it’s due, he has had a lot of good ideas when it comes to staffing and movement which is arguably the biggest issue we all face right now. That being followed closely by pay.I feel like you don’t know whatTF you’re talking about ever
I feel like people forget what the old system was like. You could still transfer out of a poorly staffed facility. We all have shit staffing as it is so what would it hurt? 😅
And we all just voted in the one who is responsible for ncept on the NATCA side…I feel like people forget what the old system was like. You could still transfer out of a poorly staffed facility.
Yeah it was often a year or sometimes two to get out but you could move no matter what if you got the receiving ATM to work to get you. I don't think the FAA would ever go back seeing how much movement has gotten restricted.
Seems like a theme around hereAnd we all just voted in the one who is responsible for ncept on the NATCA side…
