SWB book data is sent out weekly, PPT was updated on 11/22, then updated again with corrections on 11/28. If you guys are just now seeing this...time to get a new FacRep. Your only hope at this point is to go through the RVP and be persistent. In some cases (such as MDT last panel), it can be changed last second.

The FacRep for the RVP involved and got it fixed an hour after I posted this. The annoying thing was I and the FacRep had notified management a few times over the past month. Ah well. All set now.

I can pull up my PMS/SCI stuff at work tomorrow and type up the steps you need to click on to find it yourself. Then you can print it out yourself. However, you will need to have your FLM sign the newly printed paper (covering whatever dates you’ve covered for meetings this fiscal year... likely just the Initial Discussion). HR requires a signed copy.

Or you can go back to your supe and mention that you just need the printed PMS that has the signature page as the last page. It has 4 signature spots: initial discussion, mid cycle, something else, and end year discussion. Maybe that will help jog her memory. Supes usually print it out and keep it in your file.

Got access to my eOPF web page and HR told me I can find it all through there. Thank you all, appreciate the help.

It appears as though they've stopped transferring Terminal Placement List "Reserved For Academy Graduate" slots into Placement List Inbounds on the PPT.
I'm also curious how they're going to handle facilities that overlap on the Priority Ranking for ERR and for new hire placements. For example RNO has 3 picks on the priority but might get 2 academy grads on 12/6

The terminal placement list is getting much more fluid... Immediately after we lost 3 to projected outbound last panel... We shot straight to the top... Got 2 academy grads and a prior experience within a couple weeks of each other. Then on the other hand, we were just number seven on the list last week, and it refreshed and now we are gone. That is kinda crappy about the resv for academy grad not counting towards inbounds. That could really make a difference whether a facility could release or not.

Isn't it because "Reserved for Academy Graduate" means they'll just show up on academy graduates' lists to pick but graduates may not pick that location and so aren't inbound yet? Wasn't it "Filled with Academy Graduate" means someone from the academy picked that location off their list at the end? We were in Reserved for Academy Graduate status for two classes where no one selected here and so no one showed up. That was my understanding of it and same goes for "Reserved for Previous Experience Hire" vs "Filled with Previous Experience Hire". It was my understanding that until it went from Reserved to Filled, they wouldn't show up as Inbound on the PPT.

In that example, RNO could select 3 on the panel and since they are already locked in to 2 on the academy grads list, they could select 2 more there as well. That exact example has played out numerous times on the Enroute Placement list with previous panels.

This is what 'should' be happening. The procedure has not always been uniformly applied. It certainly appears that they're straightening it up now.

@DowntownTG
Yes this is correct. In the past you got PPT value in the PLI column for reserved for academy grad. At the time assumed it was because the point of PLI was to forecast 90 day projected staffing inbounds. But it created extra uneven variables cuz you didn't get PLI value for having a reserved for prev exp or reserved for hardship until they became "filled". And it also was inconsistent because the terminal lists can be populated erratically if there's not classes consistently back to back which happened a few times around June of this year.
Also assigning enroute PLI value for academy slots can basically prioritize new hires over CPC ERRs which I'm sure isn't intended.

Ah, I see. I didn't realize it had been populating PLI's for simply "Reserved" in the past. We've been under the national average/later under 100% ever since NCEPT started and only just started showing up in the Terminal Placement List in the past two months. So I hadn't seen it in action until recently.

a shit ton. a80 got over 100 applicants last panel. i'd imagine a high priority level facility will have all the kids jumping for it.
A80 had a shit ton of applicants I believe because of the priority release afforded to it. A lot of people with no CAT 1 or 2 in sight jumped on the bandwagon.

Can someone explain to me how a category 2 facility when it says under possible gains 0 and under possible losses 4... yet they're higher on the priority list than other facilities who aren't any category and have 0 under possible losses and numbers under possible gains.

There's a "decision lense" formula outlined in the NCEPT SOP... There are likely other factors than just possible gains that keep it so high on the priority list other than the fact that they can't select anyone.

Not sure if this has ever been discussed, but does the site have capability to take an anonymous poll on which facilities people have err in for? I think it'd be interesting to at least have a small sample size...

Yeah, the polls don’t show who votes for what.

I had plans for something similar, but the person who was working on the coding side of it isn’t around anymore.
