From everything in shown writing, yes you are correct on HR removing all other ERR submissions after the December panel. As for them getting priority placement, I’m not 100% sure. May be able to file a grievance.Clarify if I’m wrong please, but isn’t HR supposed to “clear out” your ERR folder when you get selected on a panel? I was selected last panel but all my other requests remained in somehow and I was selected again this panel after signing the FOL and everything. No intentions on changing my facility selection at all but my coworkers that were not given a shot at getting picked still have grounds for a Priority placement next panel correct?

I can see it being true tbh. Heard local is relatively easy and local at a class D is notoriously hard.
