How in the world did BJC get anyone, #297 on NCEPT priority, they can lose 2 controllers yet they pick up someone? Meanwhile D21 has a target of 2 with a possible gains of 6 and skipped over?!

D21 has too many people in training that's why they didn't pick anyone up.

Clarify if I’m wrong please, but isn’t HR supposed to “clear out” your ERR folder when you get selected on a panel? I was selected last panel but all my other requests remained in somehow and I was selected again this panel after signing the FOL and everything. No intentions on changing my facility selection at all but my coworkers that were not given a shot at getting picked still have grounds for a Priority placement next panel correct?

From everything in shown writing, yes you are correct on HR removing all other ERR submissions after the December panel. As for them getting priority placement, I’m not 100% sure. May be able to file a grievance.

I can see it being true tbh. Heard local is relatively easy and local at a class D is notoriously hard. Ground is proportionally way way more difficult though and I can’t imagine it’s even close

Any SFO to comment? I worked with a guy that said SFO local could be a major bitch, one local works all runways, arrival and departures, because they intersect.

If that did happen and you don’t let someone know how could they fix it? Mistakes happen. So instead of talking about how messed up it is tell someone so it could get fixed or shut up about it.
