I believe it says only one person can be picked up for each facility from your facility. So if someone from your facility was ranked higher than you, they get to go and you don’t.

That’s your answer, per the MOU all 3 priority facilities act as one facility when it comes to the release. You said already that 2 people at your facility have already been selected under the MOU so they most likely skipped you as it’s a year before you can go and they can choose someone else that doesn’t have that restriction that can help the facilities. I would guess that once one of those two people leave then you’ll be selected, especially if MIA is ranking you that high.

If you’ve been at your facility for over a decade, gotten numerous people certified that have already left, and are just trying to make the best move for your family, you aren’t getting selected. Accept it.

Who knows… maybe? Maybe not? It seems less likely now than it did 5 years ago. But idk

There’s continued talks of upgrading ZSU and all the other OCONUS centers from Micro-EARTS to full fledged ERAM which wouldn’t make much sense if they plan to decommission ZSU.

This project is underway. ZSU would know if they are getting it. I think they are doing HCF first

There is nothing set yet. Just some rumors but 804 and eram are both possibilities.
