As the title states, do controllers on temp details who keep currency count towards the facilities staffing number?

They count against current cpc on board in the ppt. So it hurts you for ncept purposes.

Your current staffing % is derived from actual CPCs minus temp minus LTH. So a temp or LTH will reduce you’re actual staffing by 1. Temps, however, are also reinserted as a temp inbound creating no effect on your projected staffing %. Both current and projected are factored into releasing and projected is factored into gaining.

So this has become relevant in our facility after the last ncept. We were not allowed to release after they didn’t count a temp for our projected staffing. Could you tell me where this is written? Thanks in advance.
