So with the NCEPT panel about to happen on February, the next will be April 15, then June 15, then August 15, then October 15, then December 15th give or take a few days is a good assumption? Thanks for any advice.

Dates passed April are unannounced I believe but you supposedly have the basic outline correct. It's expected to be the Thursday-Friday around those dates.
